The Joint Medical Store (JMS), a non-governmental organisation that deals in importing, exporting and wholesale of medicines (and related medical supplies) held its 40th anniversary celebrations at its headquarters in Nsambya in Kampala on Friday. The function started with an ecumenical service, which was presided over by Bishop Mathias Ssekamaanya and Bishop Johnson Twinomujuni, who represented the Catholic Church and the Church of Uganda (that co-own the organization).
